EGGER laminates are decorative laminates which have a multilayer structure. They consist of melamine resin impregnated decorative paper and one or more layers of soda craft paper impregnated with phenolic resins, which are laminated under high pressure and heat.

Standard Laminate
EGGER Laminate is made up of multiple layers of paper and has a decorative surface which is then bonded to a suitable substrate (normally chipboard or MDF).
Due to its multi-layer construction, our laminate is the perfect material for high traffic areas or where a hard-wearing surface is required such as counter tops, doors and reception desks.

Flammex Laminate
EGGER Flammex Laminate is a flame retardant, decorative laminate made up of multiple layers of paper and curables resins and has a decorative surface laminates which meet the specific requirements of building materials class B1 in accordance with DIN 4102-1.
EGGER Flammex Laminate is used exclusively for the lamination of flammex retardant substrates where flame retardane construction products are required, such as airports or hotels.
All Flammex laminates are made to order in our plant in Germany - we do not stock any in Hexham, they can be produced in 0.6mm and 0.8mm thicknesses.

Colour Core Laminate
Laminates with a coloured core have a multi-layer composition made of decor papers in the same colour. This creates a standardised, even colour gradient. End edges and joints remain invisible.

High Gloss Laminate
EGGER Laminate is made up of multiple layers of paper and has a decorative surface our our HG texture which is a flat and smooth high-gloss surface.
Further to the application uses for regular laminate, EGGER high gloss laminates are also suitable for use as a whiteboard due to its resistant and dense surface. Tests have been done with popular brands of dry wipe markers and these have found to leave no residue when wiped off. However cleaning agents with abrasive components should not be used as these can alter the gloss level or scratch the laminate.

PerfectSense Topmatt Laminate
Laminate PerfectSense TopMatt is characterised by its high scratch resistance. The super-matt, warm and velvety texture with anti-fingerprint properties that can be used for horizontal surfaces subjected to high levels of traffic and use.
Great for interior applications in high traffic areas. Classic fields of application for example are: worktops, table and desk tops, doors, wall panels, furniture fronts, end panels and shelves.

PerfectMatt
Egger PerfectSense Matt laminates are decorative laminates based on curable resins with a lacquer based surface which has anti-fingerprint properties.
PerfectSense laminate is not suited for horizontal surfaces subjects to high levels of stress like till counters, but instead is suited to vertical interior applications such as doors.

Feelwood XL Laminate
Our XL laminates are decorative laminate based on curable resins with a multilayer structure which combine the texture of wood with the benefits of laminate. The extra large format is optimised for cutting and reduced wastage.
Interior applications in medium to high traffic areas are most suited with our XL laminates such as worktops, doors, splashbacks and decorative end panels.
Our Standard sheet size is 2790 x 2060mm and we only offer 0.8mm thickness

Door Size Laminate
EGGER Door Size laminates are smaller sized laminates made up of multiple layers of paper and has a decorative surface which is then bonded to a suitable substrate (normally chipboard or MDF).
EGGER Door Size laminates are suitable for a variety of applications, in particular doors due to their smaller size.
