Due to its resistant, hygienic and dense surface, Topmatt laminate does not require any special form of care.
Do not use sanitary cleaners or detergents with abrasive components, as using such cleaners may lead to changes in the degree of gloss and/or scratch the material. Refatting agents, as used in some cases in plastic cleaners, must be removed without residue from the surface, in order to maintain anti-fingerprint properties.
The following instructions should be observed in daily use:
- Topmatt should not be used as a cutting surface
- Placing hot cooking utensils such as saucepans and frying pans directly onto the surface should be avoided
- Spilled liquids should always be cleaned up immediately, especially in the areas around cut-outs and joints
